It aims to nurture talent who can support healthy and fulfilling lives by acquiring advanced specialized knowledge and skills, working through multidisciplinary cooperation, and promoting oral health care across all stages of life. We educate dental hygienists who can apply their expertise with humanity, scientific thinking, and strong ethical values to deliver oral health care services in various settings, mainly in medical care, and also foster researchers who will shape the future of the oral health field.Over four years, students study dental hygiene along with a broad curriculum spanning the fields of health, medicine, and welfare. In the first year, students primarily focus on Liberal Arts and Basic Science Courses, while also taking early specialized courses such as Introduction to Clinical Experience Training, Graduation Research, and Interprofessional Collaboration. From the second year to the third year, they begin more advanced specialized courses and basic practical training, as well as social welfare-related courses. In the latter half of the third year, clinical practice begins in earnest. In the fourth year, students participate in on-site training at general hospitals, community sites, and facilities for the disabled or the elderly. Upon graduation, they become eligible to take the National Dental Hygienist Examination.卒 業研 究本 専 攻 は 、保 健 医 療 、福 祉 各 分 野 と密 接 な 連 携 を図 るとともに、口腔 保 健 分 野に関する総合 的な 科 学的研究を行い、その成果を広く社 会に還元してゆく学際的特 徴を持っています。本専攻が目指しているのは、高度な専門知 識と技 術の習 得だけではなく 、多職 種と連携し、ライフステージに応じた口腔の健 康づくりを通じて、人々の健 康で幸せな生活をサポートすることが できる人材の育成 です 。豊 かな人 間 性と科 学 的な思考力 、高い倫 理 観を持って知 識と技 術を活 かし 、医療を中心とした様々な場で口腔保健活動が展開できる能力を持 つ歯 科 衛 生士の 教 育と、口腔 保 健 分 野の未 来を担う研究者の育成を行います。本 専 攻 では 、４年 間 で歯 科 衛 生学 を中 心 に保 健・医療・福 祉の 分 野にわたる総合 的な学 習を行います。1年 次は主に教養 科目を学ぶほか、専門 基 礎 科目や臨床 体 験 実 習 、卒 業 研 究 、多 職 種 連 携 などの 科目を履修します。2年 次から3 年 次に専門科目や基 礎 実習が始まり、社 会 福 祉関連 科目も履修します。3 年 次 後 期からは 臨 床 実 習 が 本 格 的に開 始されます 。4 年 次には総合病院、地 域、障害者施 設、高齢 者施 設などでの臨 地実習を行い、卒業時に歯 科衛 生士国家試 験 受 験資格の取得ができます。詳しくはこちらLearn more33%16%歯科診療所病院 口腔 保健衛生学専攻
