Honoring its legacy as Japan’s first national institution for dental education, we continue to strive for further advancement. Through a six-year curriculum, we aim to nurture leading dentists and dental researchers who can play an active role both domestically and globally. As a front-runner in dental education, we provide high-quality instruction covering everything from the fundamentals to advanced clinical practice, with experienced faculty, robust educational and research facilities, and a wide variety of academic programs. We also actively provide students with opportunities to cultivate a global perspective and awareness through overseas training programs, by leveraging our network with partner institutions around the world. In the spring semester of the first year, students take courses through the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. From the fall semester, the curriculum expands to progressively include advanced liberal arts and sciences, interprofessional collaboration education, a foundation module for healthcare professionals, and clinical dentistry. By the third year, students will have acquired foundational knowledge in basic medical and dental sciences and begun to cultivate a research mindset through researcher training. From the fourth year, lectures, exercises, and practical training in clinical dentistry begin in earnest. In the fifth and sixth years, students steadily acquire practical skills as dentists through a comprehensive clinical training program — a longstanding hallmark of Science Tokyo.教 養 教 育歯 科 臨 床 教 育（ 診 療 参 加 型 臨 床 実 習 ）多職種連携教育・教え合う教育国際性教育多職種連携Ⅰ医 歯 学 基 礎 教 育多職種連携教育・教え合う教育教 養 教 育研 究 者 教 育歯 科 臨 床 教 育国際性教育東京科学大学歯学部歯学科は、2028年に創立10 0周年を 迎 える日 本 初 の 国 立 歯 学 教 育 機 関としての 伝統 を 誇りに 、常にさらなる発 展 を目指しています 。本学科では6年間の教育を通じて、国内のみならず国際的にも活 躍できる、指 導 的な 歯 科 医 師および 歯 科 研究者の育成を目標としています。 そのため、歯科医師養成 機関のフロントランナーとして、経 験 豊 富 な 教 育 スタッフ 、充 実した 教 育・研 究施 設 、多 彩な 教 育プ ログラムを 備え 、歯 学 の 基 礎 から臨 床に至るまで、質の高い教育を提供しています。また、本学が有する世界 各地の協定校とのネットワークを活 かし、海 外 研 修などを通じて、国 際 的 な 視 野 と感 覚 を 養う機 会 も 積 極 的 に 提 供しています。 本 学 科では 、1年 前 期 に全 学 共 通 科目を履 修したのち、後 期からは教養 教育、多職 種 連携 教育、医歯学基礎 教育、歯 科臨床教育が段階的に導入されます。３年次までに基 礎医歯学の基 盤を修 得、研 究者 教 育によりリサーチマインドを 涵 養し 、４年 次 からは 歯 科 臨床 に 関 する講 義・演習・実習が本 格 的 に 始 まります 。５～ ６ 年 次 に は 、本 学 が 伝 統 的 に 重 視する包 括 臨床 実 習を 通じて 、歯 科 医 師としての 実 践 力を着実に修 得していきます。1 年 生詳しくはこちらLearn more世界 の歯 科 医 療 をリードする人材を育 てるFostering global leaders in dental care歯学科
